Utopia puppies have never had a flea on them. I have my own professional grade microscope, so I'm able to do fecal checks to make sure my de-worming protocol is effective. For more information on the types of parasites puppies can get, go

Puppies receive their first distemper/parvo vaccination (without lepto) at 6 weeks of age, and their second at approximately 8 weeks. They are thoroughly checked by my veterinarian prior to going to their new homes. An official health certificate (required for shipping) can be obtained for an additional $35. vet charge. After 8 weeks of age, puppies that are still with me are vaccinated every three to four weeks until they go to their new homes. My guarantee is two weeks for contagious disease and one year for congenital defects. Georgia residents will find this a pleasant change from the typical 48 hour guarantee offered by most Georgia breeders. Because I care what kind of homes my puppies go to, I ask that those interested in purchasing a puppy fill out my online application. Please review my Health Guarantee and Purchase Agreement to make sure the terms are acceptable. The application helps clarify your expectations for a puppy; weight range, color, and sex. Once you've submitted an application, you will receive an auto-reply email with important information, and I will write back to you personally. I do not sell my puppies to pet stores, brokers, or kennels, nor do I ship them out of the Continental United States. They go as household pets only.

Puppy prices are linked from the Available Puppies page for each litter. The deposit amount is $100. for any color except merle; the deposit for a merle puppy is $250. Do not send a deposit unless you're sure you want the puppy. If your puppy will require shipping, do not send a deposit until we've established an acceptable flight is available. Deposits are non-refundable except in the following instances:
If you're mailing a deposit, I will put your puppy on hold for three business days to allow time for the deposit to arrive. If you need to get a check to me quickly, here are Instructions for over-nighting a check. I will email you photos as the puppy matures, or post them on the Spoken For page. (You can send the link to your friends and family, so they can see your puppy, too.) If you live within driving distance, you're welcome to visit any day but Sunday.
Please pay the balance for your puppy by cash, bank check, cashiers check, or postal money order when you pick him up, or at least three business days prior to the estimated shipping date (plus related shipping expenses.)
You will be expected to pick up your puppy or confirm flight arrangements when it's ready to go. Before commiting to a puppy, please make sure you will be available to take it when it's 8 weeks old. I will notify you when I've made the vet's appointment, and I will email you again after the puppies have been to the vet. Please respond to these emails, so I'll know you received them. Puppies that are being shipped will receive a travel/health certificate from the vet at an additional charge of $35. If your situation changes, and you're not going to be able to take the puppy, please let me know as soon as possible.

When you come look at puppies, you're more than welcome to see their parents, too. I generally don't show puppies until they're at least 6 weeks old and have had their first shots. If you'd like to see puppies at a younger age, you may, but no touchie. Diseases can be carried on your hands, clothing, and shoes, so I must be very careful with unvaccinated puppies. Pardon my paranoia, but this caution has kept my puppies healthy for many years. If you'd like to bring your dog along on your visit, you may, but please make absolutely certain it has no fleas. If you've scheduled a visit but are unable to come, please be polite and let me know. Visiting hours are Monday through Saturday, 11am-5pm, by appointment.
